1. Is the Geekvape Sonder Q easy for beginners?
   Absolutely. The draw-activated design and straightforward pod system make it an ideal starter kit for new vapers.
2. What type of e-liquid is recommended?
   High-PG, 50/50, or nic salt e-liquids are recommended for optimal flavour and coil performance.
3. How do I fill the pod?
   Simply remove the pod from the device, open the fill port (usually sealed by a rubber stopper), add your e-liquid, then replace the stopper securely.
4. Can I adjust the airflow?
   The Sonder Q is designed to deliver a refined Mouth-to-Lung draw. While it may not have adjustable airflow, the built-in airflow design provides a reliable, flavourful inhale.
5. How long does the battery last?
   The 1000mAh internal battery generally lasts a full day of moderate use. Actual battery life may vary based on individual vaping habits.
6. Does it come with coils included?
   The refillable pod typically has an integrated coil. Check our product listing at Select Vape Club for exact pod and coil specifications.
7. Is the Sonder Q TPD-compliant?
   Yes. The device uses 2ml pods, meeting UK regulations for e-liquid capacity and safety standards.
8. What do I do when the coil is burnt out?
   Simply replace the entire pod. Once you notice a drop in flavour or vapour quality, it’s time to install a fresh pod.

At Select Vape Club we understand from time to time you may order the wrong product and that's fine !

To begin the returns please make us aware why you are returning the item by sending us a message below. 

Our team is more than happy to help however before raising a returns case you must meet the following criteria 

• Item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item 
• Item must be unused and unopened (unless it is faulty then we accept this to be returned to us to be tested)
• You must notify us prior to returning the item 
• Provide your order number

At Select Vape Club we are here to help. However please be aware, E-liquids, Pods and Disposable e-cigarette kits are sold in sealed packs and not covered by a warranty. The only exception to this rule is when there is a manufacturing fault with an item. If you believe an item you have received is faulty or not of the quality you would expect on arrival then please contact a team member within 7 days of the item being received.  

We aim to be perfect, but sometimes mistakes can happen, and therefore if there is a shipping error on part of the order we will replace the items. To ensure we are able to rectify the issue, on receipt of your order any missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to rectify the issue. 

Please note: For any disposable warranty claims, we will require the order number from the box. We are unable to replace any disposable vape kits without this information. Additional video or photographic evidence may be required.
