Do I need an account to place an order ?

At Select Vape we like to keep things easy. And therefore, you can purchase from out online store with and without an account. To purchase without setting up an account then you can check out as a guest. However, please keep in mind that you might miss out on reward points and promotions. An account also stores all of the information about all your orders, what you ordered and the tracking code if you requested one in the shipping options. 

How do I log into my account ?

To log into your Select Vape account then please head to Sign In link at the top of the home page. To access your account you will need to enter the email address and password you used to create your account. If you are a new customer and would like to set up an account then please follow the steps above and click on register new account. 

How do I create and account ?

Great idea. To create a Select Vape account and benefit from our promotions and news alerts then head to the Sign In function at the top of our home page. Click ‘Register New Account’ when prompted.  

I’ve forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset via the Account Sign In area. There is a ‘Forgotten Password’ link, click the link and follow the steps. You will receive an email with a link directing to setup a new password. 

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We make things easy and safe by processing all card payments via Mollie which is fully encrypted and 100% secure. All orders must be paid for before they can be processed for shipment. Once payment is cleared your goods will be processed for delivery and you will be notified by email that your items are on the way to you. 

Why is my card payment declining?

There are a number of reasons why you might be having trouble completing your purchase. The most common problems have been listed below. Please ensure you go through these steps individually to trouble shoot the problem.  

The information you’ve entered doesn’t match your personal details 

You don’t have enough fundsYour card has expired  Your bank was suspicious of the transaction Your joint holder deactivated your card

My item has arrived broken or damaged what do I do?

Please contact us immediately via the contact us page if the items arrive with you damaged. To ensure we can help you, it is important for you to get in contact with us within 14 days.  

The item that I ordered is not the item that has arrived

If your order has arrived and this is different from the order you placed online then please contact us and we will ensure we assist you. We ensure a professional and quick service at Select Vape and therefore any and all issues will have an appropriate response.  

How long will my order take to arrive ?

UK Delivery is normally 1-2 working days 

Mainland Europe 3-7 working days 

Rest of the world 5-14 days 

How quickly are orders dispatched ?

All orders are dispatched same day when placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend (Saturday - Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. 

Bank Holidays are the only exception, if an order is placed on a public holiday they will be processed the next working day. 

The order that has arrived is incorrect ?

We aim to be perfect, but sometimes mistakes can happen, and therefore if there is a shipping error on part of the order we will replace the items. To ensure we are able to rectify the issue, on receipt of your order any missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to rectify the issue.
