Refund Policy
Please note the following conditions:

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving their order if an item is damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will not be provided for products returned without a verified manufacturing fault.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping and handling costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Returns Policy

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order to request a return.

If returning a product that is not faulty, it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, e-liquids, pods, mouthpieces, coils, tanks, batteries, and drip tips cannot be returned once supplied.

Products may be exchanged for another item of equal value or upgraded by paying the price difference.

Prefilled vapes must be reported within 1 day of delivery if faulty.

Devices and Pod Systems must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Unwanted disposable or pod system products must remain unopened and sealed to be eligible for return.

Devices or pod systems damaged by liquid ingress, misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling are not covered under this policy.

Clearance and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns may be refused if any original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included items are missing.

Customers purchasing from our physical store are advised to inspect all products before leaving the premises. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once products have left the store unless they are covered by a manufacturing fault.
