At Select Vape Club we understand it is important that you receive your items quickly and we are therefore proud to announce that we dispatch and deliver orders 7 days a week.
Monday - Friday: All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.
Saturday and Sunday: All orders placed before 2:00pm on the weekend are dispatched the same day.

At Select Vape Club we understand from time to time you may order the wrong product and that's fine !
To begin the returns please make us aware why you are returning the item by sending us a message below.
Our team is more than happy to help however before raising a returns case you must meet the following criteria
- Item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item
- Item must be unused and unopened (unless it is faulty then we accept this to be returned to us to be tested)
- You must notify us prior to returning the item
- Provide your order number

At Select Vape Club we are here to help. However please be aware, E-liquids, Pods and Disposable e-cigarette kits are sold in sealed packs and not covered by a warranty. The only exception to this rule is when there is a manufacturing fault with an item. If you believe an item you have received is faulty or not of the quality you would expect on arrival then please contact a team member within 7 days of the item being received.
We aim to be perfect, but sometimes mistakes can happen, and therefore if there is a shipping error on part of the order we will replace the items. To ensure we are able to rectify the issue, on receipt of your order any missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to rectify the issue.
Please note: For any disposable warranty claims, we will require the order number from the box. We are unable to replace any disposable vape kits without this information. Additional video or photographic evidence may be required.
