What Makes Vaporesso Target 200 Vape Kit Special?

The main difference is the balance between high power and a compact dual-battery design. The Target 200 Mod reaches 220W while using two 18650 batteries, giving experienced users plenty of power for sub-ohm vaping.

Its AXON chipset, F(t) mode, GTi mesh coils and adjustable airflow provide useful control over the vaping experience. The iTank also uses a self-circulating system designed to reduce condensation and leakage from the bottom of the tank.

How to Set Up the Vaporesso Target 200 Vape Kit

Important: The Target 200 does not use a 2ml pod connected to a 10ml refill container. It uses a tank with a 510 connection and replaceable GTi coils. The TPD version may use a 2ml tank, but there is no connected 10ml refill container.

Step 1: Install the Batteries

Open the battery door and insert two suitable 18650 batteries according to the positive and negative markings inside the device. Make sure the batteries are suitable and undamaged.

Step 2: Install the Coil

Unscrew the tank base and push the GTi coil into the correct position. Secure the tank base again before filling. The kit includes GTi 0.2Ω and 0.4Ω mesh coils.

Step 3: Connect the Tank

Place the iTank onto the 510 connection on the Target 200 Box Mod and screw it down firmly. Do not overtighten the tank.

Step 4: Fill the Tank

Push the top cap in the direction shown on the tank and add suitable e-liquid through the filling port. Close the top cap securely after filling.

Step 5: Prime the Coil

After filling, wait around 5 minutes to allow the e-liquid to soak into the coil properly. This helps reduce the chance of a dry hit.

Step 6: Adjust the Airflow

Turn the airflow ring on the bottom of the tank to your preferred position. A more open setting provides a more airy DTL draw, while a more closed setting provides a tighter draw.

Step 7: Turn On the Device

Press the fire button five times quickly within two seconds to turn the device on or off. Check the screen before use.

Step 8: Set the Wattage

For the included GTi 0.2Ω mesh coil, the recommended range is 60–75W. For the GTi 0.4Ω mesh coil, the recommended range is 50–60W. Start at the lower end and adjust gradually.

Step 9: Start Vaping

Once the coil is fully saturated and the wattage is suitable, press the fire button while taking a slow DTL inhale. Do not use the device with an empty tank.

Troubleshooting Guide

Device Will Not Turn On

Check that two 18650 batteries are installed correctly and have enough charge. Also check that the battery door is fully closed and press the fire button five times quickly.

No Vapour

Check that the tank has enough e-liquid and the coil is installed correctly. Confirm that the device is switched on and that the wattage is suitable for the installed coil.

Burnt Taste

A burnt taste can happen when the coil is dry or the power is too high. Fill the tank, allow the coil to soak for five minutes and use the recommended wattage.

Leaking Tank

Check that the coil and tank base are fitted correctly. Make sure the tank is not overfilled and inspect the O-rings for damage or poor positioning.

Weak Flavour

Check the coil condition, e-liquid level and wattage. An old coil can reduce flavour quality. Replace the coil when it becomes worn or produces an unpleasant taste.

Too Much Vapour

Reduce the wattage and adjust the airflow. The Target 200 is designed for high-power DTL vaping, so using lower settings can produce a more controlled amount of vapour.

Charging Problem
