Troubleshooting Guide
Device Not Turning On
Check that the battery has enough charge. Press the power button five times quickly to turn the device on. If it remains unresponsive, connect it to the USB-C charger.
Weak or No Vapour
Make sure the pod is properly inserted and contains enough e-liquid. Check that the pod is not empty and that the coil is fully saturated before vaping.
Burnt or Dry Taste
A burnt taste can occur when the pod is dry or the coil is worn. Refill the pod and allow the e-liquid to soak into the coil before vaping. Replace the pod if the burnt taste continues.
E-Liquid Leaking
Check that the pod filling port is securely closed and avoid overfilling. Make sure the pod is seated correctly and wipe away any excess e-liquid or condensation.
Gurgling or Spitting
Excess e-liquid around the coil or airflow path can cause gurgling or spitting. Remove the pod, wipe away excess liquid and ensure it has not been overfilled.
Poor or Weak Flavour
Check the e-liquid level and pod condition. If flavour becomes noticeably weaker after regular use, the built-in coil may be reaching the end of its lifespan and the pod should be replaced.
Incorrect Wattage
The Argus G2 supports 5–30W output. For a 0.4Ω pod, use the recommended 18–30W range, while the 0.7Ω pod is designed for around 14–18W. Smart Mode can automatically adjust power for compatible pods.
Airflow Feels Too Tight or Loose
Adjust the airflow control to find your preferred draw. Check that the airflow opening is clear of e-liquid, dust or debris.
Pod Not Detected
Remove the pod and check that the connection area is clean and dry. Reinsert the pod firmly. If the device still does not detect it, replace the pod with a compatible Argus cartridge.
Device Stops Firing
The Argus G2 includes 5-second overtime protection. If it stops during a long draw, release the button and take shorter puffs. Check the screen for any protection warning.
Charging Problems
Check that the USB-C cable is securely connected and that the charging port is clean and dry. The Argus G2 features a 1000mAh built-in battery and 5V/2A charging support.
Device Vibrates or Shows an Error
The built-in vibration system can alert you to abnormal conditions such as low battery, pod detection issues or protection activation. Check the pod connection, battery level and screen warnings before using the device again.
Device Gets Too Hot
Stop using the device and allow it to cool down. If excessive heating continues, discontinue use and check the pod and device for signs of damage before further use.
