1. Is the XROS 3 Mini suitable for beginners?
   Absolutely. Its draw-activated mechanism and easy pod refills make it an excellent starter device.
2. What’s the battery capacity?
   The XROS 3 Mini typically includes a built-in 1000mAh battery, providing ample power for most users throughout the day.
3. How do I fill the pods?
   Simply remove the mouthpiece to access the top-fill port, fill with your preferred e-liquid, and replace the mouthpiece. Allow a few minutes for the coil to saturate before vaping.
4. Can I adjust the airflow?
   The XROS 3 Mini is designed with a fixed airflow for simplicity. If you prefer adjustable airflow, you might consider the standard XROS 3 device.
5. Do the pods leak?
   Vaporesso pods incorporate leak-resistant technology to minimise mess. However, it’s always good practice to keep the device upright and avoid overfilling.
6. How often should I replace the coil or pod?
   Replace the pod as soon as you notice reduced flavour, a burnt taste, or diminished vapour production—usually every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage.
7. Does it come with a charging cable?
   Most kits include a USB-C cable, but check the packaging details at Select Vape Club to be certain.
8. Is the XROS 3 Mini TPD-compliant?
   Yes. All products at Select Vape Club, including the Vaporesso XROS 3 Mini, adhere to UK TPD regulations.

Monday - Friday: All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

Saturday and Sunday: All orders placed before 2:00pm on the weekend are dispatched the same day.

At Select Vape Club we understand from time to time you may order the wrong product and that's fine !

To begin the returns please make us aware why you are returning the item by sending us a message below. 

Our team is more than happy to help however before raising a returns case you must meet the following criteria 

• Item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item 
• Item must be unused and unopened (unless it is faulty then we accept this to be returned to us to be tested)
• You must notify us prior to returning the item 
• Provide your order number

At Select Vape Club we are here to help. However please be aware, E-liquids, Pods and Disposable e-cigarette kits are sold in sealed packs and not covered by a warranty. The only exception to this rule is when there is a manufacturing fault with an item. If you believe an item you have received is faulty or not of the quality you would expect on arrival then please contact a team member within 7 days of the item being received.  

We aim to be perfect, but sometimes mistakes can happen, and therefore if there is a shipping error on part of the order we will replace the items. To ensure we are able to rectify the issue, on receipt of your order any missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to rectify the issue. 

Please note: For any disposable warranty claims, we will require the order number from the box. We are unable to replace any disposable vape kits without this information. Additional video or photographic evidence may be required.
