Troubleshooting Guide
Nunchaku 2 Is Not Firing
Check that the battery is installed correctly and has enough charge. Make sure the tank is connected properly and the device is switched on. If the screen does not respond, remove and reinstall the battery.
Nunchaku 2 Shows “No Atomizer”
Remove the tank and check the 510 connection. Make sure the coil is fitted correctly and the tank is screwed on properly. A damaged or incorrectly installed coil may also cause this message.
Nunchaku 2 Tank Is Leaking
Check that the coil is pushed fully into place and the tank is not overfilled. Make sure all seals and O-rings are correctly fitted. Replace damaged seals or a worn coil if needed.
Burnt Taste From the Coil
A burnt taste often means the coil is dry or the wattage is too high. Fill the tank, let a new coil soak properly, then start at the lower end of its recommended wattage range.
Weak Flavour or Vapour
Check the coil condition, e-liquid level and airflow setting. An old coil can reduce flavour and vapour production. Try replacing the coil and setting the wattage within the recommended range.
Battery Drains Quickly
High wattage vaping uses more battery power. Check the battery condition and make sure you are using a suitable battery for the device. A larger-capacity compatible battery may provide longer use between charges.
Nunchaku 2 Is Not Charging
Check the Micro USB cable and charging connection. Try another suitable cable if necessary. If the battery is removable, use a suitable external charger according to the battery manufacturer's instructions.
