Troubleshooting Guide
Caliburn X Not Turning On
Press the firing button five times quickly to turn the device on. If it still does not respond, connect it to USB-C charging and check whether the battery needs charging.
Caliburn X Not Firing
Check that the pod is connected correctly and that the coil is installed properly. If using inhale activation, make sure the mouthpiece and airflow path are clear.
Caliburn X Leaking
Remove the pod and check that the coil is fitted correctly. Make sure the filling area is closed properly and avoid overfilling the 2ml pod.
Caliburn X Burnt Taste
A burnt taste can happen when the coil is dry or worn. Fill the pod, allow a new coil to soak properly, and avoid using a wattage setting that is too high.
Weak Flavour or Vapour
Check the e-liquid level, coil condition and wattage setting. A worn vape coil can reduce flavour delivery, while an unsuitable wattage can affect vapour production.
Battery Not Charging
Check the USB-C cable and charging port for damage or dirt. Try another suitable charging cable if necessary. If the device still does not charge, stop using it and seek support.
Pod Not Connecting
Remove the pod and check the magnetic connection and contacts. Make sure there is no e-liquid or dirt around the connection area before fitting the pod again.
