The Smok Nord 5 comes with a whopping 2000mAh internal battery, which provides easily enough juice to carry you through a day of vaping, aided by rapid USB-C charging for when the battery begins to run low. The Nord 5 can reach a max power output of 80W, ideal for the kind of DL (Direct-lung) vaping the device has been designed for. Settings are easy to adjust on the Nord 5’s crystal clear 0.69inch OLED display, and Smok’s advanced chipset provides multiple safety protections. The Nord 5 vape kit features dual air inlets at the side for increased atomisation of e-liquid and improved airflow, which can be adjusted further with a sliding air switch.
The Nord 5 2ml pod has been newly designed with even more protection in mind. An ingenious lock prevents children from tampering with the device and prevents leaks and spills, while a sealed side port allows for easy refills. The classic Nord wide-bore mouthpiece provides an extremely comfortable vaping experience. At Select Vape Club we understand from time to time you may order the wrong product and that's fine !
To begin the returns please make us aware why you are returning the item by sending us a message below.
Our team is more than happy to help however before raising a returns case you must meet the following criteria
- Item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item
- Item must be unused and unopened (unless it is faulty then we accept this to be returned to us to be tested)
- You must notify us prior to returning the item
- Provide your order number

At Select Vape Club we are here to help. However please be aware, E-liquids, Pods and Disposable e-cigarette kits are sold in sealed packs and not covered by a warranty. The only exception to this rule is when there is a manufacturing fault with an item. If you believe an item you have received is faulty or not of the quality you would expect on arrival then please contact a team member within 7 days of the item being received.
We aim to be perfect, but sometimes mistakes can happen, and therefore if there is a shipping error on part of the order we will replace the items. To ensure we are able to rectify the issue, on receipt of your order any missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to rectify the issue.
Please note: For any disposable warranty claims, we will require the order number from the box. We are unable to replace any disposable vape kits without this information. Additional video or photographic evidence may be required.
