Troubleshooting Guide

Device Does Not Fire

Make sure the pod is fitted correctly and has enough e-liquid. Take a steady inhale through the mouthpiece. If it still does not activate, check the battery indicator and charge the device if needed.

Weak Vapour

Check that the pod has enough e-liquid and that the pod connection is clean. If the mesh coil is worn or the flavour has changed, replace the pod with a suitable IGEE A1 replacement pod.

Burnt Taste

A burnt taste can happen when the pod does not have enough e-liquid or the mesh coil has not been properly soaked. Refill the pod and allow the e-liquid to settle before vaping again.

Pod Leaking

Check that the pod filling area is closed properly and avoid overfilling the 2ml cartridge. Clean any excess e-liquid around the pod connection before placing it back into the device.

Device Not Charging

Check the Type-C cable and charging connection. Try another suitable charging cable or power source if needed. If the LED indicator does not respond, stop using the device and check for visible damage.

Less Flavour

If flavour delivery becomes weak, check the e-liquid level and pod condition. A used mesh pod may need replacing. Also make sure the pod is fitted correctly and the mouthpiece is clear.
