Troubleshooting Guide
Device Not Producing Vapour
Check that the Q pod is fully inserted and contains enough e-liquid. Make sure the battery has sufficient charge and inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the draw-activated device.
Burnt or Dry Taste
A burnt taste can occur when the pod is dry or the coil has not absorbed enough e-liquid. Fill the pod and wait 5–10 minutes before vaping. Replace the pod if the burnt taste continues.
Weak or Reduced Flavour
Check the e-liquid level and pod condition. If the flavour has become noticeably weaker, the built-in coil may be worn and the complete Q pod may need replacing.
E-Liquid Leaking
Avoid overfilling the pod and make sure the filling plug is closed securely. Check that the pod is seated correctly and wipe away any excess e-liquid before use.
Gurgling or Spitting
Excess e-liquid can enter the coil or airflow path and cause gurgling or spitting. Remove the pod, wipe away excess liquid and ensure it is filled correctly.
Airflow Feels Too Tight
Use the adjustable airflow slider on the device to increase or reduce airflow. A more closed setting provides a tighter MTL draw, while opening the airflow creates a looser RDL draw.
Pod Not Working
Remove and reinsert the Q pod, making sure it is positioned correctly. If the device still does not activate, try a new compatible Q pod and check that the battery is charged.
Battery Not Charging
Check the USB-C connection and make sure the charging port is clean and free from e-liquid or debris. Use a suitable charging cable and do not use the device if the battery or charging port appears damaged.
Pod Getting Used Up Quickly
Pod life can vary depending on vaping frequency, e-liquid and usage. Using suitable e-liquid and keeping the pod filled can help prevent the coil from drying out.
Device Gets Too Warm
Stop vaping and allow the device to cool down if it becomes unusually hot. If excessive heat continues, stop using the device and seek manufacturer support.
