Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order prior to shipping please email X as soon as possible, if however we have already shipped your item you still have 14 days to return this item to us for a full refund.

The easiest way to process a refund is to re-order the item you now need and then return the unwanted item or items back to us for a full refund. 

Refunds
