Device Not Producing Vapour
Check that the pod is fitted firmly and contains enough e-liquid. Charge the battery and make sure the device is switched on before use.
Weak Flavour
Allow the filled pod to sit for a few minutes so the coil can absorb the e-liquid. Replace the pod if the flavour remains weak.
Pod Not Fitting Properly
Remove the pod and check for dirt, liquid or damage around the connection area. Clean it gently before placing the pod back securely.
Battery Not Charging
Use a suitable USB-C cable and check the charging port for dust or damage. Try another compatible cable or power source if needed.
E-Liquid Leaking
Avoid overfilling the pod and close the filling port tightly. Keep the device upright and wipe away any liquid around the pod connection.
