Troubleshooting Guide
Oxva Origin X Is Not Working
Check that the 18650 battery is inserted correctly and has enough charge. Make sure the pod is connected properly and the coil is installed fully. If the device still does not fire, inspect the pod and coil contacts.
Oxva Origin X Tastes Burnt
A burnt taste can happen when the coil is dry, used beyond its normal life or operated at unsuitable wattage. Fill the pod, allow a new coil to soak, and keep the wattage within its recommended range.
Oxva Origin X Pod Is Leaking
Remove the pod and check that the filling plug is properly closed. Inspect the coil connection and seals for damage. Avoid overfilling the cartridge and keep the pod upright when possible.
Oxva Origin X Is Not Producing Vapour
Check the battery level, coil connection and wattage setting. If the coil has reached the end of its life, install a compatible replacement coil and allow it to absorb e-liquid before vaping.
Oxva Origin X Battery Drains Quickly
Higher wattage settings normally use more battery power. Lower-resistance coils can also require more power. Check your battery condition and use a suitable, good-quality 18650 cell designed for the device.
Oxva Origin X Pod Is Not Connecting
Remove the pod and clean any e-liquid from the connection area with a dry cloth. Check the magnetic contacts and make sure the coil is fitted correctly before reconnecting the cartridge.
