Troubleshooting Guide

Device Does Not Activate

Make sure the pod is correctly connected to the magnetic connection. Check the battery indicator and charge the device using USB-C if the battery is low.

Little or No Vapour

Check that the pod is fitted correctly and the e-liquid system has been set up properly. If the pod is empty or finished, replace it with a suitable replacement pod.

Weak Flavour

A weak flavour may happen when the pod is nearing the end of its use. Check the e-liquid supply and make sure the pod is properly connected.

Device Not Charging

Check the USB-C cable and charging connection. Try another suitable charging cable if needed. If the device still does not charge, stop using it and check the manufacturer's guidance.

Gurgling Sound

Check that the pod and e-liquid container are correctly connected. Avoid taking very hard draws, and inspect the pod if the issue continues.

Leaking E-Liquid

Make sure all pod connections are fitted correctly. If leakage continues or the pod appears damaged, replace the pod and avoid using a damaged component.
